Why should I go?
I’m glad you asked.
First up, you’re in great company. This event is for genealogists just like you wanting to know more and further their research.
Are you ready to join with hundreds of eager genealogists lining up for these talks?
Maybe… tell me about the talks.
Okay. Blaine Bettinger is up on stage from the very start.
Throughout the day, Blaine and others will take you you through the maze of DNA, starting from the basics, and leading deeper into the potential it offers to further your research.
DNA is pretty complex… will it be over my head?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
The morning talks start with the basics. As you explore more you will gain a growing understanding of DNA testing as an effective research tool.
After lunch, Blaine and others will really start to explore the depths of DNA research. At this point, you have the choice to switch over into the second stream, where you’ll focus on getting the most value out of your DNA test results.
Plus, there will be breaks throughout the day, to socialise, and to enjoy some refreshments.
What do I get out of the event?
It depends on what you’re after.
If you’re starting out, you’ll gain a clear understanding of DNA and how it can help you further your research using this new tool.
For the DNA enthusiast, you’ll discover valuable secrets to help you solve your family mysteries. Importantly, you’ll learn what DNA can and can’t do for you, and the places where it can be used most effectively.
Aside from all the great tips and tricks you will learn, you will have the opportunity to find mutual connections with other researchers!
Is it worth it?
Absolutely. Our team of speakers are among the world’s best, they know their stuff.
All up, you get to attend 7 talks! Even more if you head to Sydney for DNA to the Max!
In the breaks between the sessions, we have a fantastic exhibition.
A light lunch, morning and afternoon tea is provided.
Chat with experts and other researchers, enjoy the latest genie-goodies on sale, and check out the special offers!
And to ice the cake, we’re bringing together an awesome bundle of prizes that you can win!
